In October 2022, I synthesized 5 stakeholder interviews and secondary research to present an initial overview of the positioning of our product in Austin.

After deciding to implement the technology in Austin's innovation ecosystem, we started designing our program. In December 2022, I led a card-sorting exercise to understand what components to include in a job training program for unhoused folks.
